Is there a minimum rental time for a party bus?

How much does a limo cost in Vancouver?
A stretch limousine in Vancouver starts from $280 per hour with a 2-hour minimum ($560), tax and gratuity included, for up to 10 passengers. For groups of 11 to 20, a 20-passenger party bus from $720 all-in for 2 hours usually costs less per person. Our limo pricing guide explains how every vehicle is priced.
Can 12 people fit in a limo?
Not in a standard stretch limousine, which seats 8 to 10. Twelve people fit in our 12-passenger stretch SUV or a Mercedes Sprinter limo van (up to 14). If the group wants room to move around, the 20-passenger party bus from $720 all-in is the next size up.
Where can I find party buses in Victoria?
Our party buses are based in Metro Vancouver. For events in Victoria and Greater Victoria, send your date, group size and hours through the quote form and we will quote Vancouver Island party bus service for you. We also run a Victoria day tour from Vancouver.
Do you provide party buses in Kelowna, Kamloops or the Okanagan?
Our party buses are based in Metro Vancouver. For Kelowna, Kamloops, Vernon, Penticton and other Interior events, send your date, group size and route through the quote form and we will confirm what is possible and quote the trip, including travel time and the return journey.
Can the party bus make multiple stops?
Yes. Book the bus by the hour and it stays with your group from stop to stop — dinner, the club, the after-party. A drop-and-return booking covers one drop-off and one return pickup and is the lower-cost option when you are staying at one venue.
Can you pick up my group from several addresses?
Yes. Tell us each pickup address and time in the quote form or on the phone and we plan one route so the whole group arrives together. This works well for wedding parties and company events with guests spread across Metro Vancouver.
Can you provide two party buses for a large group?
Yes. Two or more buses can run together for weddings, corporate events and large celebrations, all under one booking with one point of contact. Pick “Two or more buses” in the quote form and tell us your full headcount.
Can I book a party bus for a company event?
Yes. Company holiday parties, team nights out, client events and conferences are a big part of what we do. We run 20, 30 and 40-passenger party buses, a 56-passenger motor coach for one-vehicle groups, and two or more vehicles on one booking for larger teams. The company can be invoiced or pay against a purchase order, and phones are answered by a person 24/7.
Do you invoice companies or accept purchase orders?
Yes. We invoice the company directly or work against your purchase order. A deposit holds the date and the balance is due before the event. The total includes GST and the chauffeur's gratuity.
What is your party bus cancellation policy?
You get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your pickup time. Peak dates such as New Year's Eve and Halloween can carry different terms, and if they do they are stated on your quote before you pay.
What is on board your party buses?
Our 20 and 30-passenger buses have four LED TVs (50, 32 and two 15-inch), Rockford Fosgate surround sound with Bluetooth and AUX, music-synced RGB lighting, a starlight mirrored ceiling, full-length leather lounge seating, a privacy divider and tinted windows. The 40-passenger bus adds seven screens, four 15-inch subwoofers, fibre-optic twinkle lights and a laser light show.
Do your party buses have a washroom?
No. Our 20, 30 and 40-passenger party buses do not have washrooms, so longer routes include stops. If your group needs a washroom on board, choose our 56-passenger motor coach, which has one on select coaches.
Can I reach someone on the night of my event?
Yes. Our phones are answered by a person 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at +1 (236) 990-6564, so you can change a pickup time or add a stop on the night.
Do you offer party buses for prom and grad?
Yes. Prom and grad nights are one of our busiest seasons. Every bus is driven by a licensed professional chauffeur, and parents can book and pay directly. See graduation and prom transportation, and book 6 to 10 weeks ahead for April to June dates.
