How do I get a quote or make a booking?
Use the quote form on any page of our website — on desktop it appears in the panel to the right of the main content; on mobile, tap the sticky booking button at the bottom of your screen. How quickly will I receive a response to my quote request?
For requests submitted during business hours, we typically respond within 2–4 hours with your best vehicle and price. Requests submitted overnight are responded to first thing in the morning. For same-day bookings or time-sensitive requirements, calling us directly at +1 (236) 990-6564 gets you an immediate answer. We are always available for urgent or last-minute requests — many of our most important bookings are made within 24 hours of travel.

Are your vehicles inspected and insured?
Every vehicle NorthLuxDrive offers is inspected before inclusion. Our inspection covers vehicle condition and presentation, driver professionalism and licensing, passenger liability insurance, and route-specific capability (for example: AWD winter-tire compliance for Whistler transfers; cross-border licensing for Vancouver–Seattle runs). We do not list vehicles or chauffeurs who don't meet our standards — and we remove any that receive service complaints. The Metro Vancouver luxury transportation market includes some exceptional options; our selection represents the top tier of that market.

How much does a luxury limousine or black car cost in Metro Vancouver?
Prices are flat and all-in, with tax and gratuity included. These are starting prices as of October 2026; your exact price is confirmed before you book.

How much does a Vancouver to Whistler limousine transfer cost?
Vancouver–Whistler is our most popular long-distance transfer route. Flat, all-in prices from YVR or downtown Vancouver:
- Executive sedan (1–3 passengers): $470 CAD one way
- Luxury SUV (4–6 passengers): $530 CAD one way
- Mercedes Sprinter van (7–14 passengers): $724 CAD one way
- Mini-coach (15–30 passengers): priced on request
Are there additional fees — gratuity, fuel surcharge, tolls?
This varies by vehicle and is always disclosed upfront in the quote we present to you. In general: most Metro Vancouver quotes include standard gratuity (15–20%) in their all-in pricing; some quote base fare and add gratuity separately. Fuel surcharges are typically included. BC bridge tolls (none currently active in Metro Vancouver) and US border crossing fees for Seattle runs are either included or disclosed. For cross-border US transfers, any applicable duties or entry requirements are the passenger's responsibility. We will always clearly present the all-in total for your journey before you confirm — no surprise charges on arrival.
Do you offer hourly charter service, or is everything point-to-point?
Both. Point-to-point transfers (A to B at a flat rate) are the most common booking type — airport runs, Whistler transfers, hotel pickups, and venue deliveries. Hourly charter is available for vehicles that need to wait (wedding day schedules, countryside tours, night-out entertainment, corporate event days), typically with a 3–4 hour minimum depending on the vehicle and vehicle class. For full-day sightseeing tours — Sea-to-Sky corridor, Vancouver city tours, Victoria day trips — hourly charter is the natural booking format. Specify your preferred format in the quote notes and we structure pricing accordingly.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies are vehicle-specific and presented clearly in your booking confirmation. The standard in the Metro Vancouver luxury market is: cancellations made 48+ hours in advance are fully refunded; cancellations 24–48 hours in advance may attract a 25–50% cancellation fee; cancellations within 24 hours are typically non-refundable. For Whistler ski season transfers (peak winter weekends), 72-hour cancellation notice may be required. We always confirm the applicable policy for your specific booking before you confirm — and we work as your advocate if disruptions occur.
Airport Transfers — YVR & Regional Airports
Do you offer meet-and-greet service at YVR?
Yes — meet-and-greet at YVR is a standard service we arrange. Your chauffeur waits in the International or Domestic arrivals hall with a name sign, assists with luggage, and leads you directly to your waiting vehicle. Your flight is tracked in real time — if your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts arrival timing accordingly. You will never walk out of YVR arrivals to find your driver has left. Do you monitor flights — what happens if my flight is delayed?
All YVR airport transfers include complimentary real-time flight monitoring. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts departure from their staging point accordingly — you will not be charged waiting time for delays caused by your inbound flight. For YVR-to-Whistler transfers where a ski week begins on your arrival day, this service is particularly important and we specifically confirm chauffeurs who have strong systems for multi-leg coordination. Which airports do you serve — is it only YVR?
We serve all major airports in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Regularly served airports include:

How early should I book an airport transfer?
For standard weekday YVR transfers, 24–48 hours notice is generally sufficient. For peak periods — Friday departures, early-morning YVR pickups during ski season, holiday travel windows, major event dates in Vancouver — we recommend booking at least 5–7 days in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle class. For large groups (Sprinter vans, multi-vehicle convoys) or specialized requirements, 1–2 weeks is better. That said, we successfully fulfill same-day and next-day requests regularly — call us directly for urgent bookings.
Whistler, Sea-to-Sky & Long-Distance Transfers
How long does it take to drive from Vancouver to Whistler?
Downtown Vancouver to Whistler Village is approximately 125 km via the Sea-to-Sky Highway (Hwy 99). Standard weekday drive time is 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours. Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings during peak ski season (December–March) frequently run 2.5–3.5 hours. Summer weekends in July and August see moderate traffic around Horseshoe Bay and Squamish — budget 2–2.5 hours. Do your vehicles have ski racks or roof boxes for Whistler transfers?
Yes — several of our Whistler transfer vehicles are equipped with and Sprinter vans with roof-mounted ski and snowboard boxes at no extra charge. This is a standard specification we request when matching your transfer for ski gear transport. Please specify the number of ski bags and whether you have snowboards (which need different box dimensions) in your quote notes. Sprinter vans typically accommodate ski bags internally alongside passengers and luggage without external boxes. We ensure the vehicle we match you with is appropriately configured for your equipment count.
Do you offer Vancouver to Seattle cross-border luxury transfers?
Yes — Vancouver to Seattle (and Sea-Tac Airport) is one of our most frequently requested cross-border routes. The journey is approximately 240 km (2.5–4 hours depending on border wait times), crossing at either the Peace Arch / Pacific Highway border crossing at the south end of Surrey / White Rock, or the Truck Crossing at Aldergrove. All vehicles on this route carry the required cross-border passenger transportation licensing and are experienced with US CBP procedures. Do you serve long-distance transfers within BC — Kelowna, Victoria, Kamloops?
Yes. We handle long-distance luxury transfers across British Columbia and Canada. Kelowna (4–4.5 hrs from Vancouver via Hwy 1 and Hwy 97C), Victoria (ferry or floatplane coordinated transfers), Kamloops (Sun Peaks ski resort connections), and Whistler–Pemberton–Lillooet corridor runs are all regularly arranged.
