A Mercedes Sprinter van with a professional driver costs from $315 one-way between YVR and downtown Vancouver, tax and gratuity included, for up to 14 passengers. How much is it to hire a van with a driver per hour in Vancouver?
A Sprinter van with a chauffeur costs from $280 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, tax and gratuity included: about $1,120 for 4 hours or $2,240 for 8 hours. Six hours is about $1,680. Hourly charters have a 4-hour minimum; airport and point-to-point transfers are flat-priced instead.
Is there a minimum booking time for a Sprinter van?
Hourly charters, where the van and chauffeur stay with your group, have a 3-hour minimum from $840. Airport transfers and one-way trips have no hourly minimum — they are priced as one flat fare for the route.
Is it cheaper to hire a van than several cars?
Usually, yes. A Sprinter from YVR to downtown Vancouver costs from $315 for up to 14 people, about $22.50 each when full. The same group would need three SUVs at $189 each, $567 in total, and would arrive in three separate vehicles.
How many passengers and suitcases fit in a Sprinter van?
Our Sprinter vans seat up to 14 passengers with room for about 10 to 12 large suitcases. With fewer passengers, more luggage fits. For 15 to 28 people we send two vans, and larger groups move to a 23-passenger minibus or motor coach.

What is the difference between the Sprinter models?
The Sprinter luxury van seats up to 14 in forward-facing rows and is built for airport groups and tours. The executive Sprinter has fewer, larger captain’s chairs for corporate groups. The Sprinter limo van has perimeter seating, lighting and sound for celebrations.
Where can I rent a van in Vancouver?
Self-drive passenger vans and minivans are rented from the rental counters at YVR and in Vancouver, but most do not carry more than 8 to 12 people and you drive, park and fuel them yourself. A chauffeured Sprinter starts from $315 to or from YVR for up to 14, with the driver, fuel, tax and gratuity included.
Is there a free shuttle from Vancouver Airport to downtown?
There is no free public shuttle from YVR to downtown Vancouver. Some airport-area hotels run courtesy shuttles for their own guests, and the Canada Line SkyTrain is the lowest-cost public option. Yes. Sprinter vans move wedding parties between the ceremony, photos and reception, and the Sprinter limo van is popular for bachelorette and stag nights. For 20 or more guests, a party bus from $720 all-in for 2 hours often costs less per person.
Do you go to Kelowna or Kamloops by van?
